In the world of animation, not only the visuals play a central role – sound design is equally important for creating emotions and supporting the narrative. We recently developed the sound design for a stunning animated video created by DoP & UE artist Arthur Baum using Unreal Engine 5.4 and Blender 4.1 . The project: Visual and acoustic harmony

The animation video was developed by Arthur Baum , who utilized the new MoGraph tools in Unreal Engine 5.4 . Cloners and effectors were used to create a visually captivating world, which was further refined through simulations in Blender 4.1 . The sound designer 's task was to add sound to the movements of the visual elements and develop a suitable musical accompaniment.

The goal was to underline the intense visual language of the video with powerful and precise sound effects in order to immerse the viewer deeply into the world of the video.

The workflow: From concept to implementation
